\n<\/span>The recent integration of the Geneva-based forwarder VERON GRAUER into our group is part of our growth objectives. VERON GRAUER is one of the leading companies <\/span>for <\/span>the transport of valuables<\/span> in the French-speaking world<\/span>. Thanks to this acquisition, we have <\/span>now <\/span>established<\/span> a <\/span>leading position <\/span>for <\/span>the transport of valuables to and from Switzerland.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The luxury industry<\/span>\u2019<\/span>s <\/span>gratifying <\/span>resilience
\n<\/span><\/strong>In 2020 <\/span>lockdowns and social <\/span>distancing <\/span>rules <\/span>led to a collapse <\/span>of <\/span>European tourism and a decline in retail sales. But <\/span>the passion for the exceptional <\/span>remained <\/span>strong<\/span> \u2013 <\/span>online sales of timepieces, jewellery, fine jewellery and leather goods took off in a remarkable way in an industry <\/span>in which<\/span>, until then, a visit to the shop <\/span>had <\/span>seemed to be <\/span>the absolute standard <\/span>buying <\/span>behaviour<\/span>. <\/span>For two years, customers and sales staff have been <\/span>successfully <\/span>learning <\/span>how <\/span>to exchange information at a distance. Cause and effect <\/span>O<\/span>bjects sold by video from European shops in London, Paris or Lucerne were then flown to the four corners of the world. TEMIS LUXURY, <\/span>which has <\/span>serv<\/span>ed <\/span>major brands<\/span> since its inception<\/span>, adapt<\/span>ed <\/span>quickly to <\/span>growing goods <\/span>flows and demanding delivery <\/span>deadlines<\/span>.
\n<\/span>And l<\/span>ast but not least, our efforts continue to focus on <\/span>top-<\/span>quality response<\/span>s<\/span> to our customers<\/span>\u2019<\/span> needs<\/span>. For us, there is no trade-off between safety and service. <\/span>Route tracking<\/span>, <\/span>real-time remote monitoring of all operations, and close human and digital protection of valuables now rule out logistical errors and discourage <\/span>criminal activities<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reconciling business, the environment and communication<\/strong>

Although the luxury market only <\/span>represents <\/span>a marginal part of th<\/span>e e-commerce market<\/span>, we are <\/span>doing our best <\/span>to limit our carbon footprint, firstly through organisational <\/span>intelligence, <\/span>and secondly <\/span>also through the gradual <\/span>transformation <\/span>of our vehicle fleet to <\/span>units with <\/span>hybrid <\/span>engines<\/span>.
